What you will do

• Develop and own the B2B audience data strategy for insight-led segmentation and targeting.
• Translate complex data outputs from Advanced Analytics into actionable campaign strategies.
• Analyze and report on audience models to inform commercial and revenue strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure effective campaign activation and measurement.
• Manage third-party data and marketing service providers for data enrichment and integration.
• Champion data governance and compliance for ethical use of customer and prospect data.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data strategy, audience planning, or marketing analytics within a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and segmentation across digital and offline channels.
• Technical proficiency in Python and SQL for data management and database structuring.
• Experience automating data workflows and reporting using Alteryx and SQL.
• Ability to translate data science outputs into meaningful marketing actions.
• Experience with marketing data platforms such as CRM, CDP, and DMP.
