What you will do
- Drive revenue growth and profitability for assigned distributors through Joint Business Plans, target setting, pricing strategies, and P&L management.
- Expand distribution by acquiring new retail doors, shelf space, and analyzing shipment/POS data for opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, co-develop JBPs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage product listings, inventory, planograms, and merchandising to optimize category growth and sell-through.
- Develop promotions, advertising plans, and sales materials in collaboration with marketing, using shopper insights.
- Conduct store audits, manage sales forecasts, and ensure operational excellence with supply chain teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years in sales/marketing in local retail, preferably FMCG, with key account and distributor management experience
- Proven track record in sales, distribution, and managing retailer headquarters
- Strong expertise in distributor/key account management (e-commerce a plus)
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Results-oriented, self-driven, with high ownership and problem-solving
- Good command of English
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
