What you will do

• Build and scale a robust Solution Integrator (SI) network in South East Asia to grow Edge AI penetration.
• Identify and engage key education software partners and content publishers in the SEA region.
• Onboard regional and national SIs, helping them transition into sophisticated Edge AI solution providers.
• Collaborate with OEM/ODM and ISV partners to create pre-validated, repeatable reference architectures.
• Curate a "Channel-Ready" portfolio of ISVs with scalable licensing and support models.
• Represent the organization at channel summits and industry events to position the Edge AI ecosystem.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Channel Development, Distribution Strategy, or Partner Sales.
• Deep expertise in the OEM-to-SI-to-End User value chain, including margins and incentives.
• Understanding of Edge AI complexities such as latency, bandwidth, and compute at the edge.
• Proven track record of scaling tech products through third-party networks.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Finance.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Malaysia (Penang) or Indonesia (Jakarta)
