What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end guest experience and lead the Hospitality Associate Team in the Miami market.
• Ensure the hotel is clean, safe, and adheres to hirify.global brand service operations standards.
• Deliver top-tier guest service via SMS, WhatsApp, and email, and handle necessary escalations.
• Coach and review team interactions to meet and exceed quality goals.
• Identify and execute improvements to guest services and build partnerships within the local community.
• Manage daily operations including housekeeping requests and identifying revenue upsell opportunities.

• Proficiency with modern technology tools for daily operational work.
