What you will do

• Lead the company's strategic expansion into the iGaming and gambling vertical.
• Define and build tailored payment flows and product structures for high-risk merchants.
• Design merchant account models, settlement logic, pricing, and operational processes.
• Establish and manage partnerships with banks, EMI providers, and PSPs suitable for iGaming.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and leadership teams to align product and business goals.
• Identify and onboard strategic high-value iGaming clients and partners.

Requirements

• Strong experience in payments, fintech, or acquiring with direct exposure to iGaming and gambling verticals.
• Deep understanding of iGaming merchant needs, banking limitations, and compliance flows.
• Proven experience building payment solutions and onboarding flows for high-risk industries.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth and partnerships.
