What you will do

• Monitor retail and business deposit markets, propose pricing and product changes, and optimise funding structure.
• Maintain relationships with deposit aggregators and manage governance for deposits.
• Develop optimal funding strategies, perform performance analysis, and conduct behavioural analysis of deposits.
• Prepare fortnightly funding updates for stakeholders and monthly updates for ALCO.
• Assist in ILAAP preparation, stress testing, and analysis of the deposit book.
• Maintain Treasury documentation, develop funding optimisation tools in ERMAS, and handle daily reporting in ALM system.

Requirements

• Understanding of deposit markets and markets experience in a regulated firm, preferably retail deposit-taking and corporate lending institution.
• Strong data, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to take ownership, prioritise tasks, and work collaboratively with emotional intelligence.
• Clear and confident communication skills, proactive attitude, and willingness to challenge constructively.
