What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of all regional internal and external events across APAC, including logistical oversight and vendor management.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure brand consistency and unified messaging across all event touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Digital Marketing teams to optimize lead generation, management, and tracking processes.
  • Define KPIs and conduct thorough ROI analysis to leverage data-driven insights for future event strategies.
  • Manage event budgets and oversee vendor negotiations to ensure fiscal responsibility and maximum value.
  • Oversee operational readiness and tech infrastructure for regional Customer Innovation Centers (CICs) and Gateways (CIGs).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in event management or experiential marketing, with a significant focus on the APAC region.
  • Fluency in English is required (additional APAC languages are a strong plus).
  • Proven expertise in complex project management and end-to-end event execution.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with a track record of cost optimization.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
