TL;DR

CRM Specialist (E-commerce): Executing a cross-platform CRM roadmap to drive sign-ups, conversion rates, and revenue for hirify.global and HBX with an accent on lifecycle automation and data-driven tracking. Focus on building automated email/push flows, implementing GA4 tracking standards, and developing cohort retention dashboards.

Location: On-site in Hong Kong. Candidate must be eligible to work in Hong Kong.

What you will do

  • Build and manage lifecycle email and push notification automations, including welcome series, abandoned carts, and win-back flows.
  • Own and enforce UTM naming conventions and GA4 tracking across all company platforms.
  • Manage newsletter communications, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
  • Develop cohort retention dashboards and RFM scoring to optimize targeting.
  • Support the rollout and KPI tracking of the VIP/loyalty program across various markets.
  • Act as a liaison between Engineering, Product, and Marketing to ensure tracking standards are met for all launches.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations within e-commerce or digital companies.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Iterable.
  • Strong working knowledge of GA4, UTM tracking, and event-based analytics.
  • Ability to independently pull data from dashboards or SQL/BI tools to create reports.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication.
  • Must be based in and eligible to work in Hong Kong.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
  • Experience in fashion, streetwear, or culture-driven e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with loyalty platforms like Yotpo, LoyaltyLion, or Smile.io.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates or basic SQL.
