What you will do
- Apply SRE principles including SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and incident management workflows to improve system reliability.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Splunk and Dynatrace, recommending effective monitoring approaches to reduce MTTR.
- Design comprehensive monitoring strategies, dashboards, alerts, and log onboarding processes.
- Configure Dynatrace for APM, RUM, synthetic monitoring, and automated root cause analysis.
- Implement full-stack observability solutions across Azure environments, including AKS, App Services, and Functions.
- Build automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, or Bash and integrate tools with ServiceNow and Jira.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Observability Engineering.
- Deep expertise in Splunk (SPL, dashboards, alerts) and Dynatrace (APM, RUM).
- Strong professional experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Proficiency in scripting with Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Ability to work according to General Shift (IST).
Nice to have
- Experience in retail or eCommerce environments.
- Knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, Docker, and AKS.
- Exposure to Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
- Official certifications in Splunk, Dynatrace, or Azure.
