What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX processes from discovery and user research to wireframes, prototypes, and final handoff.
• Utilize generative AI platforms and Figma AI features to rapidly produce UI mockups and design assets.
• Conduct AI-assisted user research to extract actionable insights from interviews, surveys, and behavioral data.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and UI components to ensure consistency across projects.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces.
• Champion and evolve internal AI-first design methodologies and practices.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio of user-centered digital products.
• Proven hands-on experience integrating AI tools into daily design, prototyping, or research workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including familiarity with AI-enabled plugins.
• Experience working in agency, consultancy, or multi-client environments.
• Strong understanding of design thinking, product thinking, and human-centered design principles.
• Must be based in the United States.
