TL;DR

Salary: $90,000 – $108,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Design UX for cloud-based audit and financial reporting products using Figma and AI-assisted toolkits.
• Integrate AI tools (Figma Make, Claude Code, Replit) to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and solution exploration.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design iterations based on real user needs.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure AI-assisted designs translate accurately into implementation.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, establishing standards for AI-generated components.
• Design cohesive end-to-end auditor journeys incorporating agentic AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of professional UX experience with a strong portfolio.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as Figma Make, Claude Code, or Replit in a design workflow.
• Proficiency with Figma and experience working with component-based design systems.
• Strong working knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
• Experience planning and running user research and usability testing.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Toronto office 3 days a week.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of accounting, audit, or financial services industries.
• Prior experience designing for AI-powered or conversational product features.
