Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA). Office attendance is required at least twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays).

Salary: $285,000 – $315,000

What you will do

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Intelligence Platform, spanning contract extraction, search, and agent orchestration.
• Define and evolve the architecture for reusable AI capabilities used across multiple product areas.
• Build and scale a high-performing team of engineers and technical leaders across AI and product domains.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Infrastructure teams to translate customer needs into differentiated AI capabilities.
• Establish strong quality bars for AI systems, including evaluation, experimentation, and telemetry.
• Guide the evolution of hirify.global Assistant as a flagship AI product.

Requirements

• Deep experience building and scaling AI-powered products or platforms in production (e.g., legaltech, enterprise SaaS, fintech).
• Hands-on technical leadership with strong architectural instincts for practical, extensible, and reliable systems.
• Proven leadership in areas such as LLM/ML product systems, search/retrieval, or agentic workflows.
• Strong product judgment and ability to align engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Track record of hiring, developing, and empowering strong engineers and technical leaders.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA for the required hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping customer-facing AI assistants, copilots, or agentic products.
• Familiarity with LLM/agent evaluation systems, including human-in-the-loop and telemetry-driven feedback.
