What you will do

• Own missions end-to-end: clarify goals, shape plans, make decisions, and ship systems impacting real metrics.
• Partner with operators and executives to scope high-impact problems and deliver production results.
• Collaborate with AI R&D on prompts, tools, and models, feeding field signals back for improvements.
• Convert deployment patterns into playbooks, products, and libraries for faster, more reliable scaling.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Exceptional high-agency, low-ego mindset with bias to action, strong collaboration, and impact focus.
• Quick learner comfortable with ambiguity, new domains, and sharp questioning.
• Product-minded: translate pains into abstractions, docs, and reusable tools.
• Excellent communication: clear expression, active listening, rapport-building.
• Willing to travel and handle challenges creatively.

Nice to have

• Experience in backend at scale, distributed systems, data pipelines.
• Agentic/LLM systems: multi-agent, evals, fault-tolerant agents, tools/prompt design.
• Evaluation, experimentation, data science/ML fundamentals.
• Cloud/ops: Kubernetes, Docker, IaC, observability, CI/CD.
• Model ops: fine-tuning, RL, inference management.
• Enterprise delivery: security, compliance, legacy integrations.
