What you will do

• Define and lead the AI architecture strategy, establishing reference architectures and standards for scalability and security.
• Establish and manage the AI Center of Excellence (CoE), maintaining a structured AI use case lifecycle from ideation to value tracking.
• Design and deliver GenAI solutions, including Copilots, chatbots, and data-driven predictive models.
• Conduct AI readiness assessments and lead discovery workshops to translate business problems into AI solutions.
• Define AI governance frameworks focusing on responsible AI, data privacy, and ethics.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and integrate AI applications into enterprise workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, data, AI, or digital transformation.
• Expertise in AI/ML platforms (Azure AI, AWS, GCP) and Generative AI (LLMs, Copilots, prompt engineering).
• Strong proficiency in data architecture (data lakes, pipelines, APIs) and MLOps.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Proven experience in AI advisory or consulting engagements.
• Ability to communicate AI concepts to senior leadership and influence strategic decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience building or working within an AI Center of Excellence.
• Background in global, multi-entity organizations or PSA/service delivery environments.
• Professional certifications as a Cloud AI Engineer or Solutions Architect.
