What you will do

• Ensure company compliance with laws, rules, and regulatory issuances relevant to financing companies.
• Prepare, review, and submit regulatory reports, disclosures, and responses to inquiries.
• Draft, review, and implement compliance policies, manuals, and procedures.
• Conduct compliance testing and reviews to assess adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Monitor remediation plans and corrective actions arising from compliance testing.
• Support internal audits, risk assessments, and regulatory examinations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Legal Management, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit within a financing or banking institution.
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements for financial services companies in the Philippines.
• Proven experience in compliance testing, internal audit, or control testing.
• Familiarity with AML/CFT and consumer protection frameworks.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
