What you will do

• Maintain and continuously improve the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and assess Critical Roles for Nu Colombia.
• Ensure that the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) is permanently updated.
• Supervise the execution of the Emergency Management Plan (EMP), Crisis Management Plan (CMP), and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP).
• Coordinate the annual Crisis Management preparedness exercise.
• Manage the inventory of critical information assets and implement availability strategies.
• Consolidate risk analysis and report results to management, the SFC, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Third Party Risk Management, ideally in regulated industries.
• Experience in the financial sector or logistics and supply chain is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting projects to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Strong time-management and prioritization abilities.
