What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions to identify and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Transform validated requirements into storyboards, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
• Design intuitive interfaces and maintain a reusable component library aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design-development alignment.
• Present design proposals and articulate rationale to customers and internal teams.
• Establish UX best practices and templates to mature design capabilities across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX Design, UX Research, or a combined Business Analysis/UX role.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (prototyping, components, auto-layout, design systems).
• Strong ability to elicit business requirements and translate them into design artifacts.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
• English proficiency: B1+ required.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, IT management, or enterprise software.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for developer handoffs.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX projects.
• Experience with analytics tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel.
