What you will do

• Provide financial and accounting consulting services within the Corporate Finance practice.
• Review and evaluate historical and pro forma financial information to assess trends impacting deal valuation.
• Conduct industry and company research to prepare reports and schedules for clients.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal staff, keeping senior leadership updated on project progress.
• Build internal relationships across the Transaction team and other FTI service lines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in accounting, audit, or finance.
• Oral and written fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to travel to clients and offices as needed.
• Must be based in Mexico City.

Nice to have

• CPA or CPC certification.
• Proficiency in financial reporting under IFRS, US GAAP, and SEC requirements.
• Experience with financial due diligence and financial modeling.
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Tech, Energy, or Financial Services.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
