What you will do

• Debug and troubleshoot incidents with hirify.global products
• Reproduce defects and file actionable issues for engineering
• Replicate customer deployment environments using Docker, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes
• Represent technical support and customer interests in engineering and product discussions
• Assist in prioritizing enhancements and escalate customer experiences
• Contribute to knowledge base, diagnostic tools, and respond to inquiries via cases, email, chat, phone

Requirements

• Solid English proficiency - written and verbal
• 4+ years experience supporting complex enterprise software
• Strong ability to read and understand Java code
• Experience with REST APIs, testing/development of Java web applications
• Solid Linux command line, SQL databases (PostgreSQL plus), networking (sockets, HTTP, proxies, TLS/SSL)
• Scripting (Python, Bash, Typescript), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), app servers (Jetty, Apache, NGINX), containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with clients

Nice to have

• SCM, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, GitHub, GitLab)
• Debugging mutual TLS/SSL, network traces (Wireshark, tcpdump)
• Component management (Maven, npm, NuGet), hirify.global/jFrog/Snyk experience
• Cloud deployment/configuration, OAuth/SAML integration
