What you will do

• Own the hirify.global Business P&L, including top-line revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA contribution.
• Lead the GTM strategy, focusing on acquiring new logos and expanding relationships with enterprise-grade clients in financial services and fintech.
• Collaborate with senior product teams to define a multi-year roadmap aligned with market dynamics and technical capabilities.
• Oversee engineering priorities to ensure technical execution is fast, reliable, and aligned with commercial goals.
• Manage and scale a cross-functional organization of 80–120 people across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
• Position hirify.global Business as the premier infrastructure provider of choice in the LatAm region.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in high-growth fintech, technology, or financial services.
• 5+ years in a P&L leadership role (GM, COO, VP of Business) at a similar scale and complexity.
• Proven track record of scaling B2B revenue and closing enterprise sales cycles.
• Experience managing multi-functional teams of 50+ people.
• Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English are required.
• Must be based in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience working within crypto, blockchain, or digital assets businesses.
• Familiarity with the Mexican regulatory environment (CNBV, Banxico, CONDUSEF).
