What you will do

• Provide independent oversight and governance to the organization and senior management.
• Participate in board and committee meetings to review operational, compliance, financial, and risk matters.
• Ensure the maintenance of effective internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Support regulatory engagement and alignment with Banco Central do Brasil (BCB) and COAF requirements.
• Promote ethical business conduct, transparency, and accountability across the organization.
• Oversee functional areas such as AML/CFT, enterprise risk management, financial integrity, or cybersecurity.

Requirements

• Significant leadership or board-level experience in financial services, fintech, banking, payments, or virtual assets.
• Strong understanding of Brazilian regulatory and governance environments.
• Proven experience engaging with regulators, auditors, and senior executive stakeholders.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and professional objectivity.
• Fluency in English required.
