What you will do

  • Drive and improve the overall performance of the KYB team.
  • Plan and execute training programs and team events.
  • Analyze performance and statistical data for individual team members.
  • Ensure strict adherence to departmental and company-wide rules and standards.
  • Collaborate with the Head of KYB on strategic projects and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, or supervisory roles.
  • Exceptional English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts starting between 4-7am UTC.
  • Strong soft skills and communication abilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the corporate segment working with legal entities.
  • Knowledge of KYB, KYC, or corporate onboarding.
  • AML certifications (ACAMS, CAMS, ICA, or similar).
