What you will do

  • Act as the key liaison between customers, end users, and the development team to ensure product alignment with strategy.
  • Analyze customer business processes and translate them into specific product features and system-specific user stories.
  • Lead customer engagements, workshops, and product demonstrations to gather insights and showcase solutions.
  • Coordinate with engineering and QA teams using Agile methodologies to ensure seamless product implementation.
  • Create comprehensive business and functional documentation, user guides, and release toolkits.
  • Employ Generative AI tools to expedite requirements drafting, story decomposition, and documentation quality.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product ownership, business systems analysis, or a related field.
  • Technical expertise with enterprise-grade B2B mobile and web-based products.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Polarion-X, or similar tools for backlog and requirements management.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% and work across multiple time zones.
  • Experience using Generative AI tools for product documentation with a strong understanding of responsible AI practices.

Nice to have

  • Substantial knowledge of the claims sector or Player Account Management (PAM) operations.
