What you will do

• Lead customer workshops to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
• Develop and prioritize business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories based on market trends and business value.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to ensure seamless product implementation using Agile methodologies.
• Create comprehensive product documentation, user guides, and customer-facing release toolkits.
• Utilize Generative AI tools to accelerate the creation of requirements, story decomposition, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with QA teams to align testing direction with acceptance criteria and the product vision.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business systems analysis, product ownership, or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise-grade B2B products, including web and mobile solutions.
• Proficiency with Jira, Polarion-X, or similar requirement management tools.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time and work across multiple time zones.

Nice to have

• Substantial knowledge of the claims sector or player account management operations.
