TL;DR
Product Owner (iGaming): Developing the future of modern products in the iGaming industry with an accent on seamless user interactions and conversion rates. Focus on managing the entire product lifecycle and improving core benchmarks through web analytics.
Location: Hybrid (Skopje, North Macedonia). Must be authorized to work in North Macedonia without visa sponsorship.

Interactive is a leading regulated online Real Money Gaming (RMG) business providing content and technology solutions for iLottery, iGaming and Online Sports Betting.
What you will do
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, including planning, execution, and analysis phases.
- Develop new products and enhance features to improve business conversion rates.
- Create high-level Business Requirement documents for new and existing product improvements.
- Collaborate with R&D, payments, customer support, CRM, designers, and analytics departments.
- Conduct market research on international gaming trends and innovations.
- Ensure seamless user experiences across web, mobile platforms, and backend systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with Agile Scrum delivery methods.
- Proficiency with TFS, JIRA, or related Atlassian technology.
- Strong analytical skills for product development and result interpretation.
- Authorized to work in North Macedonia on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship.
- Ability to work from the Skopje office three days per week.
Nice to have
- Deep knowledge of UX.
- Experience as a product owner specifically in online sports betting.
- Expertise in Sportsbook areas such as Risk Management, Trading, Feed integration, or UI/UX.
- General experience in the online gaming sector.
