What you will do

• Design and optimize data services to support company products, including FeatureStore and synthetic data management.
• Integrate LLM- and agent-based capabilities into data platforms to enable AI-driven data products.
• Develop scalable data pipelines to ensure data is clean, accurate, and analysis-ready.
• Build and maintain robust data models for clinical, business intelligence, and operational needs.
• Implement and enforce data quality standards, monitoring, and best practices across all systems.
• Manage and optimize large-scale data storage and processing systems for reliability and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Backend Engineer with a strong emphasis on data processing.
• Proficiency in Python for building services, data pipelines, and integration tools.
• Deep expertise in SQL for crafting complex queries and optimizing performance.
• Strong knowledge of relational and dimensional data modeling principles.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of data orchestration tools like Airflow.
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and version control systems.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience in ML/AI development.
