What you will do

• Architect and build scalable backend and agentic services for web, mobile, and multi-platform products
• Own end-to-end backend logic, from database modeling and API design to production reliability
• Design real-time systems using WebSockets, event-driven architectures, and message queues
• Scale agentic infrastructure for improved throughput, latency, and reliability
• Drive technical decisions through RFCs and evaluate architectural trade-offs
• Mentor junior engineers via code reviews and pair programming

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience building production services at scale
• Proven experience architecting and scaling agentic solutions or LLM-based orchestration platforms
• Proficiency in modern backend languages such as Node.js, Python, or Go
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures
• Deep knowledge of SQL/NoSQL database design and performance tuning
• Experience with AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/LLM integration, token management, and prompt routing
• Background in multi-tenant SaaS platforms
• Previous startup experience and ability to handle ambiguity
