Location: Remote (Washington D.C. metro area), requires up to 30% travel and ability to commute into D.C. metro area as needed; U.S. Citizenship required and active full-scope polygraph clearance required at time of application.

Salary: $180,000 — $247,500 USD (Zone 2)

What you will do

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand use case demand and lead post-win technical account strategy for prioritized customers.
• Act as accountable technical leader for specific use cases, driving onboarding, enablement, go-live, and healthy consumption of hirify.global workloads.
• Serve as first contact for technical issues related to production status across multiple use cases in complex organizations.
• Leverage shared services, support, and expert resources to execute tasks beyond your scope.
• Create and execute point-of-view for accelerating key use cases into production, coordinating with Professional Services.
• Develop execution plans covering use cases, enablement, product adoption, cloud cost optimization, and governance; provide KPI reporting on usage and health.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship (required due to Public Sector client support)
• Active full-scope polygraph clearance required at time of application
• 7+ years experience accountable for technical project/program delivery in Data and AI domains
• Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting roles
• Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems and attributing business value to deliverables
• Technical program/project management, including stakeholder and resource management
• Experience resolving escalations with senior executives, conducting discovery workshops, creating roadmaps, and business analysis
• Track record of overachievement against targets; Bachelor's in CS, IS, Engineering or equivalent
• Can travel up to 30% when needed
