Salary: $5,791.00 - $8,323.42 CAD Monthly

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic plans, unit reviews, and community/industry partner initiatives.
• Coordinate the transition to the Downtown Kelowna campus, including project planning, implementation timelines, and risk mitigation.
• Organize high-profile seminars, workshops, and conferences, managing all logistics, budgets, and digital/print advertising.
• Collect and analyze statistical data for annual reports and present findings to the Dean and Faculty Council.
• Oversee Senate curriculum submissions and develop onboarding, recruitment, and delivery strategies for non-degree programs.
• Manage project team members, including faculty, support staff, and students.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Kelowna.
• Demonstrated commitment to enhancing awareness and skills related to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
• Proven communication skills with a track record of disseminating complex information to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience supporting engagement activities within a post-secondary or similar environment.
• Proficiency in design and publishing software such as Adobe Suite, Canva, or Envoke.
• Formal public speaking skills for small and large groups.
• Experience with photography and professional record management.
