What you will do

• Drive agentic coding practices, establishing patterns for spec-driven development and multi-agent orchestration.
• Architect and develop responsive web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Implement pixel-perfect, accessible UI components leveraging Tailwind CSS and ShadCN.
• Ensure frontend performance, scalability, and reliability to achieve low latency and a seamless user experience.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle from design and testing to deployment and monitoring.
• Mentor engineers and establish best practices for UI development and technical direction.

Requirements

• Must be based in or work onsite at the Mountain View HQ.
• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React and Next.js.
• Fluency with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and ES6+ features.
• Deep experience with modern UI frameworks like Tailwind CSS and ShadCN.
• Proven track record of leading frontend projects from early prototypes to production systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with databases (e.g., Postgres) and ORMs like Prisma.js or Sequelize.js.
• Exposure to computer vision, LLMs, or multimodal AI applications.
• Experience building developer-facing products such as SDKs, dashboards, or APIs.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience simplifying user experiences for complex enterprise-facing software.
