TL;DR
Staff Platform Engineer (Go/Kubernetes): Building and operating mission-critical cloud infrastructure for the Cosmo platform with an accent on reliability, scalability, and internal developer experience. Focus on implementing telemetry pipelines with OpenTelemetry and ClickHouse and optimizing high-performance API gateways.
Location: Remote (EMEA), must be available to work during European (CET) business hours

What you will do
- Architect, build, and operate cloud-native infrastructure for Cosmo and Hub using Go and Kubernetes.
- Own and evolve the observability stack including OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and ClickHouse.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate quality and security gates and improve build times.
- Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to create reusable and maintainable modules.
- Implement security best practices, network policies, and RBAC to meet SOC 2 compliance standards.
- Mentor engineers through design reviews and documentation of architectural decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience architecting scalable, highly available cloud-native platforms with proficiency in Go and Kubernetes.
- Deep expertise in a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Terraform.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-performance API gateways.
- Experience managing modern observability stacks (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, ClickHouse).
- Must be based in the EMEA region.
- Availability to work during European (CET) business hours.
