hirify.global is a fast-growing startup providing a collaborative platform to build digital products end-to-end, from interface design to API implementation.

What you will do

• Architect, build, and operate cloud-native infrastructure for hirify.global Cosmo and Hub using Go and Kubernetes.
• Own and evolve the observability stack including OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and ClickHouse.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate quality and security gates and improve build times.
• Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to create reusable and maintainable modules.
• Implement security best practices, network policies, and RBAC to meet SOC 2 compliance standards.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews and documentation of architectural decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience architecting scalable, highly available cloud-native platforms with proficiency in Go and Kubernetes.
• Deep expertise in a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Terraform.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-performance API gateways.
• Experience managing modern observability stacks (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, ClickHouse).
• Must be based in the EMEA region.
• Availability to work during European (CET) business hours.
