Location: Hybrid (Krakow, Poland). Must attend the local office for part of the week.

Salary: zł257,000–zł385,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and maintain deployment infrastructure and internal CI/CD tools.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to define and roll out deployment patterns.
• Develop and manage Kubernetes-based deployment automation platforms.
• Monitor systems and respond to incidents to ensure high reliability and system stability.
• Improve deployment speed, security, and scalability using infrastructure as code.
• Implement AI-based tools to enhance operational efficiency and deployment safety.

Requirements

• Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• Proficiency with container technologies, specifically Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong coding and scripting skills in Go or Bash.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience operating production systems at scale.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Krakow office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as ArgoCD or Spinnaker.
• Experience with Jsonnet and GitOps principles.
• Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud setups.
• Frontend web development experience.
