What you will do

• Review and scrub scheduled orders to remove ineligible shipments and create delivery capacity.
• Validate shipping eligibility by verifying outstanding balances, fulfillment locations, and stock availability.
• Verify product commitments, multileg timing, and correct setup for large order deliveries.
• Validate zip codes and ensure orders are aligned with the most current servicing hub.
• Coordinate with stores and scheduling partners to correct order discrepancies and fulfillment errors.

Requirements

• High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Understanding of general warehousing and distribution practices, including order processing and shipping.
• Working knowledge of computer programs.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Boston Heights, OH.
• Valid Driver’s license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
