What you will do

• Support the in-house legal team with research and various document review matters.
• Assist in the implementation of AI tools for document review and the extraction of key data points.
• Prepare government filings related to real estate acquisitions and M&A transactions.
• Collaborate closely with both in-house lawyers and outside counsel.

Requirements

• Current law student attending an accredited law school.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Must be able to work out of the Salt Lake City, Utah office.

Nice to have

• Background working with legal documents, real property closings, title, and survey review.
• Prior experience as a summer intern or clerk in a law firm or legal department.
