What you will do

• Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby on Rails code.
• Implement data storage solutions using various databases and storage systems.
• Contribute to all phases of the web development lifecycle, including coding, documentation, and system testing.
• Engage in code reviews, mentor team members, and uphold software development best practices.
• Debug programming bottlenecks and maintain application performance and quality.
• Integrate diverse data sources and APIs into seamless applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience, with 3-5 years specifically in Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency with RSpec, Sidekiq, Bootstrap, HTML, PHP, SASS/LESS, and GULP.
• Deep experience with JavaScript and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with Git, Yarn, Bundler, and Rake.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and provide occasional on-call support.

Nice to have

• Custom WordPress development (Gutenberg, ACF).
• PHP/Laravel framework knowledge.
• Experience with GA4, custom event setup, and reporting.
• Experience with Bitbucket, GitHub, MySQL, and Plesk servers.
