• Build new capabilities and improve reliability and performance of in-product engagement systems.
• Drive key architectural decisions to scale platform foundations.

• Collaborate with teams to expand customer-facing product surfaces.
• Provide technical leadership and clear communication within the team.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Toronto, Canada with hybrid work arrangement
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong system design, data structures, and algorithms knowledge.
• Proven technical leadership driving complex projects from ambiguity to delivery.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building software at scale, especially customer-facing platforms.
• Professional experience with Ruby, Sidekiq, TypeScript/JavaScript, and React.
