What you will do

• Develop, test, and document software programs for Salesforce CRM integration.
• Implement API connectors to IVR and Knowledge Management databases.
• Support CTI integration to enable caller-relevant information and screen pops at agent workstations.
• Assist in the research and analysis of existing systems and program requirements.
• Conduct routine quality assurance activities, including peer reviews.
• Support UAT and go-live activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Active Tier 2 Security Clearance (formerly NACI) is a hard, non-negotiable requirement.
• Familiarity with Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and APIs.
• Knowledge of contact center technologies.
• Hardwired internet connection via ethernet cable (min 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).
• Private and secure work area to handle sensitive information.
