Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $61,900 - $91,300 annually

What you will do

  • Coordinate operational and strategic initiatives across business operations, product, IT, and sales support teams.
  • Design and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and onboarding materials to improve organizational consistency and efficiency.
  • Develop project-specific communication plans and manage internal resource hubs and training logistics.
  • Support partner and channel enablement, providing TPAs and agents with the necessary tools for go-to-market execution.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to optimize systems and streamline workflows.
  • Monitor process adoption and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance, project coordination, operations, or enablement roles.
  • Proficiency in UX/UI design principles and research methodologies to enhance user engagement.
  • Strong skills in internal communication, knowledge management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with progress tracking tools, knowledge hubs, or reporting dashboards.
  • H.S. Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
