What you will do

• Partner with global business unit leaders to develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and margin expansion.
• Manage financial performance for a business unit with approximately $2Bn+ in revenue, including monthly variance analysis.
• Serve as the finance gatekeeper for the New Product Development & Introduction (NPDI) process to evaluate and approve investments.
• Lead the development of annual, monthly, and 3-year financial business plans and budget models.
• Coordinate global resource planning and global CAPEX tracking.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and work directly with C-Suite leadership.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or an MBA.
• Experience working in a large multi-national company or a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Experience managing or supporting multinational teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present data to upper management.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle ERP system.
• Proficiency in HFM, Power BI, Tableau, or IBM PA.
