What you will do

• Collect, analyze, and validate data for Solar and Battery (BESS) assets for NERC GADS and Standards reporting.
• Prepare and submit timely NERC reports to regulatory authorities.
• Maintain documentation on asset details, performance metrics, and outages.
• Build analytics models to flag NERC Standard criteria.
• Monitor NERC requirement changes and update processes.
• Investigate data anomalies and participate in audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5+ years in energy sector
• 5 years with SAP (ERP), CMMS, and Weather Database
• 5 years with Hydro, Wind, Solar assets and operational characteristics
• 5 years with Electric Reliability Standards (NERC, IEEE, ANEEL), GADS reporting
• 5 years with performance data analysis (R, Python, SAS, SQL), dashboards (Excel, PowerBI, SAS)
• Proficiency with SCADA systems (WindSCADA, Ovation, EtaPRO, OSI PI)
• Experience performing Job Safety Assessments and Safety Walks
