What you will do

• Design end-to-end product experiences across the platform
• Translate complex workflows into clear, intuitive, well-documented solutions
• Design AI-assisted experiences to help users create, decide, and act effectively
• Prototype and iterate using AI tools alongside traditional workflows
• Apply and evolve design systems consistently
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers from problem definition to launch
• Conduct customer research and usability testing to validate designs

Requirements

• Excellent design craft with strong fundamentals in visual hierarchy, interaction design, and usability
• Ability to translate complexity into clear, polished solutions
• Experience working with design systems and applying patterns consistently
• AI fluency: actively use tools like Claude, Cursor, v0 to accelerate workflows and prototyping
• Prototyping mindset: comfortable iterating from concept to high-fidelity
• Collaborative approach: partner closely with product and engineering, share work regularly
• Research-driven: participate in usability testing and customer conversations
• Adaptability: seek feedback, iterate quickly, navigate priorities positively
