What you will do

• Receive and manage physical hardware and digital inventory catalogues.
• Coordinate remote or onsite repairs with manufacturers.
• Manage shipping logistics to pack and ship hardware to client sites and receive returns.
• Stage equipment in the lab for configuration by remote engineers.
• Create and update process documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ConnectWise or ServiceNow.
• Exemplary analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Must work onsite from the Holland office 5x per week in Mount Laurel, NJ.
