Salary: $225,000 – $255,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable backend systems using AWS-native services.
• Own the full software development lifecycle for individual projects from inception to delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to ship high-impact features.
• Integrate AI-based development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
• Propose technical solutions for long-term scalability during architecture discussions.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in backend software engineering.
• Proven experience in a lead role contributing to architecture and mentorship.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, Node, or Kotlin.
• 4+ years of experience with AWS cloud environments, including deployment and monitoring.
• Experience with secure API design, distributed systems, and microservices.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
