What you will do
- Gather and analyze business and functional requirements.
- Document functional requirements, process flows, and use cases.
- Translate business needs into clear specifications for technology solutions.
- Apply ITIL processes to support operational and service management needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on UX/UI considerations and solution delivery.
Requirements
- More than 4 years of professional experience as a Functional or Business Analyst.
- Experience documenting functional requirements, process flows, and use cases.
- Experience with requirements gathering and knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
