What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and documentation of controls systems for various automated equipment.
• Mentor, coach, and train entry-level Controls Engineers.
• Collaborate with all departments to communicate project progress and status.
• Support the quoting team by providing input on concepts, hours, and material costs.
• Ensure projects are completed within the quoted scope of work, timing, and budget.
• Coordinate machine debug, power-up, and validation with project team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, electrical and pneumatic design, HMI, PLC, and robotics.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and training staff.
• Demonstrated skill in machine debugging.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
