Data Center Security Manager

Salary: $83,000 - $93,000 a year

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day security operations, access control, badging, visitor management, and post orders across multiple sites
• Lead incident response, escalation, containment, documentation, and corrective actions
• Ensure site readiness and compliance for SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and customer audits
• Manage contract security vendors, access control systems, CCTV, and alarm systems
• Coordinate with operations, infrastructure, and enterprise teams for secure site execution
• Lead and develop security personnel, set performance standards, and promote operational discipline

Requirements

• 5+ years in physical security, data center operations, or mission-critical environments
• 2+ years leading teams in 24x7 environments
• Experience managing contract security vendors and guard forces
• Experience in audited environments (SOC, ISO, or customer-driven)
• Strong knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, and physical security operations
• Ability to scale consistent standards across multiple sites and engage with customers/leadership

Nice to have

• Experience in colocation or multi-tenant environments
• Familiarity with SOC 1, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 audits
• Cross-functional experience with operations and infrastructure
