What you will do

• Implement, polish, and bug fix medium-to-large scale gameplay features in Unreal Engine 5.
• Write high-performing, scalable C++ code and Blueprints focusing on quality and long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with designers to translate design intent into features via rapid prototyping and iteration.
• Participate in Agile Scrum processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Take full ownership of planning and executing technical tasks through Jira.
• Provide accurate scoping and estimation for upcoming gameplay work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional programming experience.
• Proven experience working with Unreal Engine 4 or 5 in a production environment.
• Strong expertise in developing 3Cs and combat-related gameplay features.
• Solid understanding of modern C++ language features and best practices.
• Ability to work autonomously and break down high-level requirements into clear deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical trade-offs and risks to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing or working on vehicle systems.
