What you will do

• Work on WebRTC integration across hirify.global teams, designing and implementing new features
• Design, develop, and improve WebRTC client and server stack across platforms
• Investigate and evaluate new technologies for real-time communication innovation
• Drive timelines, resolve blockers, and deliver complex projects autonomously

Requirements

• Highly proficient in C++, with strong command of performance-critical systems
• Deep understanding of WebRTC signalling concepts, protocols, and architecture
• Proven experience debugging and optimizing WebRTC stacks at scale
• Experience designing and maintaining C APIs for broad platform distribution
• Familiarity with build systems like GN and Ninja
• Demonstrated ability to own and deliver complex, long-horizon projects
• Strong communication and cross-team technical decision-making
