What you will do

Lead, mentor, and coach the Engine team.
Assist with recruiting Engine Programmers.
Manage code reviews and documentation.
Debug and optimize code for quality and performance.
Maintain and extend the proprietary engine across platforms.
Safeguard company assets including source code and tools.

Requirements

Demonstrable Lead or Management experience.
Extensive experience programming for games.
Excellent C++ skills.
Strong mentor and coaching ability.
Fluency in English is essential.
Experience with graphics APIs like Directx 12 and Vulkan.
