What you will do

• Script and build game levels according to creative briefs, technical constraints, and game intention pillars.
• Coordinate with art, programming, and narrative teams to integrate elements into a unified experience.
• Orchestrate levels to feel alive, natural, exciting, and immersive through animation scripting, AI routines, and event pacing.
• Create prototypes with programmers to test and refine gameplay mechanics.
• Playtest content for quality, design standards, and stability; implement feedback from directors, playtests, and analytics.
• Build workflows, tools, pipelines, documentation, and best practices; coach other level scripters and assist production with planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years in video game industry as level scripter or similar.
• Experience on at least two full production cycles of published games.
• Proven experience with Unreal Engine 5 and strong knowledge of Blueprint.
• Tech savvy with basic programming knowledge and understanding of technical constraints.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and experience across game, level, and tech design using visual scripting.
• Fluent in adventure games with narrative, dialogue, and storytelling; flair for scene orchestration and pacing.
